Yes, by participating in the Spring Referral Contest, both the Refer and Referral will still receive the current reward of $200 each once the Referral has made $500 external sales for a volume photography job. This will be credited to both the Refer and Referral’s accounts in the first week of the following month after generating the $500 in sales.

The $200 you receive will be credited to your GotPhoto account and can be used for service fees or hosting fees. It effectively means your Referral’s first job with GotPhoto will cost nothing. You can also opt to cash out the $200 if you so wish.

GotPhoto Referral Program: Spring Contest Terms & Conditions

By participating in the GotPhoto Referral Spring Contest (“Contest”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. GotPhoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.

1. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to existing GotPhoto customers who refer new users (“Referrers”) and new users (“Referrals”) who meet the criteria outlined below.
• Referrals must be new GotPhoto users and cannot have an existing or past GotPhoto account.
• The Contest is limited to one entry per individual and business entity. Multiple accounts or email addresses created by the same person to participate in the Contest will result in immediate disqualification and potential account suspension.
• Employees of GotPhoto, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

• The Contest runs from March 15, 2025 to April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Referrals and revenue contributions after this date will not count toward contest rewards.

3. Referral & Reward Criteria

• A valid referral is defined as a new GotPhoto customer who signs up using the referrer’s unique link and generates at least $500 in revenue through GotPhoto during the Contest Period.
• The Top 1 Referrer (based on the number of valid referrals) will receive $1,000 GotPhoto account credit.
• The Top 5 Referrers will receive a 1-Year FREE GotPhoto Pro Plan* with no subscription fees.
• Each valid Referral will receive a 1-Year FREE GotPhoto Pro Plan* upon meeting the $500 revenue requirement during the Spring 2025 Contest ending April 30, 2025.
• *+7% service fee and +2.9% + $0.30 payment fee still apply to the 1-Year FREE GotPhoto Pro Plan winners.
• Referrers and their Referrals will each earn $200 when the Referral generates $500 in revenue.
• Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4. Fraud Prevention & Disqualification

• GotPhoto strictly prohibits self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent activities.
• Referrals must be unique individuals or businesses that have not previously signed up for GotPhoto.
• Any suspicious activity (such as multiple accounts linked to the same individual, IP address, or business) will result in disqualification from the Contest.
• GotPhoto reserves the right to request additional verification (such as proof of business operations) to confirm eligibility.

5. Prize Distribution & Winner Announcement

• Final results will be verified, and winners will be announced within 30 days after the Contest ends.
• GotPhoto will contact winners via email using the registered account information.
• Failure to respond within 14 days of notification may result in prize forfeiture.

6. Data Collection & Processing

By participating in this Contest, you acknowledge and agree that GotPhoto will collect and process certain personal data necessary to administer the Contest.

6.1 What Data We Collect

For the purpose of running the Contest, GotPhoto may collect and process the following personal data:

• Referrers: Name, email address, GotPhoto account ID, referral link activity, number of successful referrals, and revenue generated through referrals.
• Referrals: Name, email address, GotPhoto account ID, business details (if applicable), revenue generated, and referral link source.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and other necessary technical identifiers to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with Contest rules.

6.2 How We Use Your Data

GotPhoto processes this data for the following purposes:

• To validate eligibility and ensure compliance with the Contest rules.
• To track referral activity and contest progress for accurate reward distribution.
• To prevent fraudulent participation, including self-referrals or duplicate account sign-ups.
• To communicate with participants regarding contest updates, leaderboard standings, reward distribution, and related promotions.
