How do I view my child’s photos?
When you received the information to access your photos, you may have found yourself at the main GotPhoto homepage and realized that there is nowhere to input your access code. Fortunately, there’s an easy solution that will get you to the store page quickly!
Find Your Personal Access Code
This is an example of a QR Card that should look similar to what you received.
The two numbers in pink represent:
1) The website address you need to visit to access your photos
2) Your personal access code
STEP 1:
Enter the website address found next to (1) on the QR Card into your web browser’s URL field, as shown by the red arrow. Note: do not enter this address into a web search engine, such as Google.
STEP 2:
Then enter your access code, found next to (2) on your QR card, as indicated here on the log-in page.
Now you should be able to see and order all of your photos!
Still can’t find your code?
If you still don’t see the new page, it’s possible that you accidentally searched for the website address using Google or any other search engine. Please ensure you have indeed entered the URL into the address bar.
