  • Pre-Upload Names Lists You can upload a names list with client data before picture day, allowing each subject to be photographed with a custom QR code or alternative tagging solutions. These lists can also include parent information if desired.

    Pro tip: Even if you don’t have the names list ready in advance, GotPhoto is equipped to help you collect parent data. Additionally, we provide a fill-in-the-blank template to make it easy for your client to supply the necessary information.
  • Pre-Registration Customers can register and enter their data for picture day ahead of time.
  • Yearbook Photo Selection Preselect the photos that are suitable for yearbooks, or allow parents to choose their child’s yearbook image.

    Pro tip: GotPhoto gives photographers the option to require parents to log in to select their yearbook pose. This boosts login rates, creates upselling opportunities, and helps raise your average order value (AOV).
